Information you send us
When you send an inquiry through our forms, we receive the details you enter: your name, email, company, country, phone or WhatsApp number, business type, the products in your inquiry list and your message. We also record the page you sent it from and how you found our site (for example the referring website or campaign tag).
We use this information only to reply to your inquiry and, if we do business together, to handle quotations, samples and orders. We do not sell your information or add you to marketing lists without asking.
Form submissions are delivered to our email through Web3Forms, a form-to-email service. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp instead, the same purposes apply.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use one type of cookie: analytics cookies from Google Analytics 4, which help us understand how many people visit, which pages they view and roughly which country they come from. Advertising cookies are always switched off; this site does not run ads.

Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are not tracked with analytics cookies until they click "Accept". Visitors from other regions can turn analytics off at any time by clicking "Reject". Your choice is remembered in your browser.
Information stored only in your browser
These are not cookies and are never sent to us unless you submit a form:
- Inquiry list (local storage): the products you add, so you can send them together.
- Cookie choice (local storage): whether you accepted or rejected analytics.
- Visit source (session storage, cleared when you close the tab): how you arrived at the site, sent with your inquiry.
Other services on this site
- Google Fonts: text fonts are loaded from Google, which receives your IP address to deliver them.
- WhatsApp: WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp, which then applies its own privacy policy.
- Hosting: the site is hosted by Netlify, which keeps standard server logs to run and protect the service.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry emails for as long as we need them to deal with your inquiry and any business relationship that follows, and to meet our record-keeping obligations. Google Analytics data is kept according to the retention setting of our Analytics account.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing tracy@xcfootwear.com. You can withdraw your consent to analytics cookies at any time using the cookie settings link above. If you are in the EEA or the UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
